At CrossFit JXN, Hollye Henderson offers comprehensive nutrition coaching that helps individuals take control of their health and wellbeing. Through personalized plans and dedicated accountability, CrossFit JXN will help you reach your goals and take the guesswork out of nutrition.

At CrossFit JXN, we believe that nutrition is foundational for success. We offer nutrition coaching that begins with an initial assessment to determine your goals, history and dietary habits. We will then work with you on a weekly basis to check in, provide accountability, and makes adjustments.

Initial assessment to determine your goals, your history, and where do we go from here

Weekly Check-Ins

We offer a personalized approach to nutrition coaching. We use metrics and measurements to track and monitor your progress, as well as sync to your favorite food tracking app. We also provide weekly prompts so you can inform us about your progress throughout the week.

Macro Prescription

 We offer macro prescriptions tailored to your individual needs. Our experience will provide you with intial numbers and adjustments based off of your progress, ensuring that you meet your goals in a healthy and effective way.
